I have decided to not make a big deal of this with the school. I understand that they have a zero tolerance policy and I am good with that and I believe that is how it should be. I told my daughter that it is good that she stuck up for her friend but to be a lot smarter about things next time. ie..nothing on school grounds and using her brain rather than being physical. I told her that if her friend is going around starting shit and getting her involved that maybe it is time to find another friend.

She thinks she is having a party. I come home from work today and my daughter and her 2 friends got the stereo blasting and just having a good ole time. I sent her friends home, had her do the dishes, clean the kitchen, clean her room. Then after school was out, I took her up to the school to get all the schoolwork that she is missing out this week. I did let her know that she is not in trouble, but these days off are no party. I have a list of stuff she will be doing tommorrow.
