It's been a long time and my name keeps getting lost along with my email address'. The hydro section was my home and must knew me as LOC NAR1958. look up my post.This is the end of my story just to let you all know and thanks to Zandor, latewood, GEN. Garden knowm, and many others that helped me along. I still want to read Zandor's books. My story of woe was beening busted by my own nephew, what a shame. It came down to 3 felonies and a misdemeanor. The final out come is a few weeks ago I plead guilty to intent to sell and deliver MJ. A plea bargain that was strange. I don't know what they did with my weed. Must of smoked it all but none the less that was it. No pryor record so I got a year jail suspended and 24 months supervised probation and tasc, whatever that is to see if I'm an addict and need to go to AA. I'm hanging tuff and have gone 10 years without smoking before so no big deal it's just the money that hurts. 8800 in illeagle tax, 2500 to lawyer. 750 in fines and court cost. and maybe 1500 in equipment. Life goes on. I never made a penny off of growing. As soon as probation is over I'm going to CALI to be a med grower if laws have not changed here or there. I still need a hobby so maybe hydro tomatoes if probate officers don't say no. So a great thanks to all who helped and I will be around trying to help or get help. LOL. My advice to anyone here is DO NOT TELL ANYONE AND I MEAN NO ONE. it will bite you in the ass. Wife is on the way home so I got to go. Any Questions and I will keep checking back feel free to ask. prob. due to the serious possability of a greatly lessened sentance . manufacture w/ intent to distr. depending on the state and sentencing guidelines can be insane time and money .

Well I will miss your posts dude. When you get to California look me up I will help you get going again....no problem.

As for the books I have the show and decided to give the content away in the shows right now. I am finishing up working on the Blue Prints and they should be out in a few months. Everything is being converted to AutoCAD 3D right now and they are looking great and easy to follow.

I cant see a plead to intent to sell being worse, they would need proof you were selling in court, and if they dont have any, there way of charging you with it is to convince you a plea is better, whcih most of the time liek thsi got him in more trouble. If some one comes to your house and find stuff its for you and only you, you would then have only 1 felony cultivation, and the seriousness of the situation can be explained to the police that in fact you are very against dealers and the system put up do to the criminalization of cannibis.

most of you didn't know loc...he was a valuable cool mofo of the community.

he managed to put together an over/under drip sytem, using the simple 3-part/calmag/liquidkarma recipe in his own little hydrostyle hut and ended up joyful after discovering his supergreen thumb.

The popo were taken back by the amount he had grown in this hut. dumbfounded. They had let his wife and kids leave before realizing how big his "papaya" harvest was. loc decided...after much co-ersion (we're gonna make you go buy crack undercover, and shit like that) allowing the search and subsequent buttplugging by local authorities was the best way to go in relation to the welfare of his immediate family.

Anyway. Now much to our enjoyment he is shedding a little light on Cdot once again.

Anyone that is interested can look up threads in the hydro forums from before July of last year. I remember, because a crop of my clones had hermied and seeded bad...loc was concerned that I wasn't going to have any 4th of July hrbbg, and offered me some of his. BAM, then came the bad news a day or 2 later.

Hi All. Yes I plead to the charge to get 2 felonies and a misdemeanor dropped it was weird. I don't know why they had me dead on. Manufacturing , maitaining a dwelling and because it was over an ounce intent to sell and deliver. It could of been much worse. My lawyer is a good man and can talk and walk the shit. LOL. I didn't help them turn anyone in, they didn't like that but that's not my job. Pleading to intent didn't mean I did it, just I might. If I had of fought it all I was looking at up to 6 years in jail. My lawyer did me right I think. Thank you very much for the offer Z. 23 months to go and I'm on my way. Thanks to everyone else for the comments. latewood my emails were all wiped out. I can get a hushmail but how do I get it to you ? Oh I'm not even supposed to be on this site cause of probation but scew them a man needs a hobby and what am I doing wrong here ? LOL. One funny thing is they did not get my 20 packs of seeds.
