did you get the tow truck dude on your side?

I went to the tow company and they did not give me the tow truck drivers name,,,i left my number and asked that they have him call me several times but it never happen... My lawyer sux and is very hard to get a hold of,,,but the last I spoke to him he was going to find the tow truck driver,but the lawyers office is just giving me an answer machine,,,Public defenders suck but he's local and my only shot right now...

So I have gotten myself in another jam with the man because I was too stubborn to conform. I got busted for speeding with no license on probation for the very same thing.
The real last time I was in front of a judge was only last year for a couple of tickets that were basicly slaps on the wrist except they gave me unsupervised probation and said "If we catch you again, you goto jail". Well they caught me again and I am going to jail but before that actually takes place I am having a lawyer in New York eliminate all my suspensions so I can goto the California DMV and get a license to show the judge. That will get me a minimal sentance which is something I am striving for now.
I am 44 years old and do not want to spend my 45th birthday in jail because I was an asshole that would not comply. I am too old for this shit, it bores me now.

skink all lawyers are hard to get ahold of and suck... i been trying to get intouch with mine now (well not actually my lawyer, ti's called a case manager, the relay person between the actual lawyers and me) for a few days... i'm still gettin the run around.... she's either 'on the phone' or 'stepped out for a while' ... grr! fuckers!
