Ok a little history... the cop contended at first I was way in the road,,,that was the last time I went to court 3 weeks ago... today the cop stated to the prosecutor after I said to my lawyer I was in the parking lot that I was not in the road but the ass end of my truck was in the road...the lawyer banged out a plea at that point to allow me to do my sentence on weekends... While talking to my lawyer about the plea I showed him a picture I took of the parking lot and explained where I was positioned,,, he immediately said to me that is not where the cop said you were... the lawyer went back in with the pic and showed the prosecutor and the cop the pic... The cop then said to the Prosecutor and my lawyer,,,I believe Skink drove his car in the parking lot,,, "I did not know this till I talked to my lawyer after we seen the Judge"

My lawyer came out with the prosecutor and the cop went out the door... My lawyer then called me up to the stand with the prosecutor and with out even asking me said to the Judge,,,"this is now a pretrial as we need to subpoena the tow truck driver" Prosecutor said yep a pretrial your honor,,,Judge said granted...

the cop has changed his story 3 times in Plea meetings and I think they finally smelled "dirty prick cop" and Skink is telling the truth...

There are good cops,I had one the other night... He followed me and I right away I get nervous and drive the shoulder to like let him pass... He pulled me over and asked if I was ok to drive and if not he would follow me home... I said i'm a bit tired,but I am fine he then said OK I was just checking...

There are good cops, cops who will actually risk their lives to help you in your time of need.

I would love to become a cop, I would bust potheads and instead of locking them up I would tell them the truth. How marijuana is amazing and can make your life wonderful in a lot of ways as long as you can control your habit.

There are some cops that make me want to vomit they are so corrupt or stupid or they are just a plain ol' big guy with a gun and a badge so you better fucking aknowlege that they are the boss man.
