That's one thing that the powder Bare Minerals doesn't do very well is make a concealer. They may produce some sort of liquid or cream concealer now, but if they do, I haven't yet seen it.

The best concealer I've ever used is called Lancome Photogenic Correcteur (they do love to give their products foo-foo French names!). It's a non-oily, almost powdery, very solid cream that comes in a little jar with a black lid. It has a yellow tint to offset the red in blemishes and the duskiness of dark circles. It has those light-reflecting particles so it helps deflect some of the attention from the blemish. There are other "correctives" on the market, and I've tried them all. This stuff beats everything I've ever tried, and my sister agrees with that assessment. You apply it with your finger or a cosmetic sponge or Q-tip and can thin it out with moisturizer, too. I use it on dark circles. I used to have a lot more use for it on blemishes before I began using another great product to clear up my broken-out middle-aged skin, Proactiv solution.
