I specified tea, camellia sinensis (although, if you drink 2 or more cups a day, eat seaweed once or twice a week to balance the considerable amount of flourine in the tea). but also brewing your own detox tea made from milk thistle, licorice root, red clover top, yellow dock root, fenugreek seed, and the book lists even more. for specific reasons-beets, artichokes, garlic are some of the specific veggies to eat. during detox don't eat any grapefruit (due to the naringin, a chemical in grapefruit that decreases the body's detox). there's a certain volcanic ash to eat that detoxes the body very quickly by getting toxins out of the blood. it helps to know how the liver works, how the body detoxes, what affects THC metabolites in the body, how they are stored and how they are excreted. The book covers creatine and creatinine; what they are and what they do. Daily exercise is important. The book covers all that, and is quite funny also (the author is originally from NYC and has a few things to say about cops, judges, Republicans, the ACLU, Rush Limbaugh, Bill Clinton, Democrats, people who drive cars, DuPont Chemicals, and the DEA).
