btw, in short, he just got really lucky lol.. he knew the right people to say the least.
as for my jobs, i've worked as a lawn mower twice... i quit because i got tired of the fucker i worked for, standing around doing nothing all day, yet bitching me out if i tired even after a 7 hour day... i had to (excuse the comparison) like an illegal mexican...
worked at johnny carino's for less than a week, quit on sheer principal
worked at sonic for a good while... ended up quitting there too... mostly on principal.... i was doing everyone's job.... they all stood around all day while i ran around the damn place like a chicken with it's head cut off, working grill, dressing the burgers, working fry side, which is where everything else is made, restocking, cleaning up... just fuck that... i quit.
if you haven't noticed, i have a real problem wtih being the only one doing any work.... my principal i won't stand around doing nothing, i work and i work hard.. after so long, it seems everyone takes advantage of this and i become the only worker... unless you wanna pay me their wages as well.. fuck that.

You know, school doesnt teach you EVERYTHING in life! It taught me fuck all, that's why i quit.
I'd been working with engines all my life, i knew every last part and could build one out of scratch.
My father was friends with a couple who owned a boatyard, and i started work for them. I get paid stupid amounts of money, i enjoy my job and i smoke more weed than the average toker.
I can teach myself better than anyone can teach me.

i taught myself alot of mechanics when i got my station wagon a few years ago... i just got the repair manual, tools, and figured it out all my own... i learned more in 2 months on that car, then i would have in 2 years in a school designed to teach you such things.

Random baby-sitting for rich people, that was cool- anywhere from $5-10/hour
Lifeguard for 2 summers, WAY overrated. But kind of fun- $6/hour
Swimming lesson instructor- very time-consuming writing the lessons, and stuff, but the kids were really fun-$8/hour
Nursing assistant currently, making $16/hour
Substitute teacher currently, $55.69/day after taxes. EASY.
Going to be an English teacher, hopefully!

That's how i look at work. Getting stoned everyday and being paid to do some that you enjoy, that pays enough to live very comfortably with nothing to worry about is the way to live a good life. And live the HIGH life
