is it possible to dry/cure outside?
I'm thinking of doing a small personal guerrilla grow. Is it possible to build a box to dry/cure in outside? I don't want cultivation related stuff anywhere near my personal property so I don't get it confiscated if I get busted.

I would think any thing were possible. It's done with tabacco so why not cannabis. I would say that the problem would be space, you will need plenty of hieght so that you can keep your buds well off the ground so you don't have to worry about moisture from the ground and you will need plenty of free air movement around your buds to lessen the chance of mold. Last you will need ventilation, ridge vent, gable vent, slatted walls or some thing so the air moves.

U can dry anywhere, as long as its dark and has a relitivly low humidity level. and you have the space, u dont need alot of space, but the buds shouldnt touch anything. Pests might be a problem. Curing is completly different.

wonderful. before u decide to hijack a thread.... read up on curiing, if u put bud in jars and burry them in the ground, your going to dig up mold. the point to curing is to open the jar once to twice a day. curing is a process its not just putting bud in a jar for months.

like jack said, if you were going to burry your bud that your curing you would have to dig it up each day to 'burp' the jar(s). I would stay away from that

is it possible to dry/cure outside?
makes sense, thanks. I'm thinking of building a box maybe 3-4 feet tall at my grow site and hanging only the buds (not the entire plants) in there with a bunch of newspaper or other absorbent paper I could change regularly.
