How the black market relates to legalization sounds like something that would go into the Activism Forum. Take the money out of the hands of one set of crooks and put the tax money into the other set of crooks hands. At least then we wouldn't be in fear of arrest I guess.

New Forum Suggestion well since pot (in most countries) is illegal, we should have a forum to discuss the 'black market' aspect of this great herb...since most governments have defaulted in supplying drugs to the public and there still remains to be an extremely large demand for them. We should have a forum to discuss hints, stories, horror stories, theories and other things like that that have to deal with the overall 'business' side of the marijuana transaction that is taking place regardless of policy.
