Bring on the MOM CHARM.
tell her to pay for it outta her pocket, or you'll file a criminal law suit.. if she's really so afraid of confrontation (and police lmao) she'll take care of it like she should....
see, this works to your advantage, technically... cuz she can either take care of it, (don't listen to any sob stories... shit people will say alot of shit just to get of things) or get the police involved.... in my state, you don't have car insurance, you're in a lot of shit.

..I mean shit..she hasn't even checked her myspace email...hahahah...just her phone messages..from my psychotic mother.
Poor girl...is probably FREAKIN' out. At this point she probably thinks I am going to make her pay out of pocket. I'm gonna let her off easy, and hopefully she learned her damned lesson, I know I sure as hell did.

Your still in the hole 1,500 bucks. Why not hold her responsible for the damage she caused? If you had all this extra cash lying around that fine, but you can't afford to pay for the damage she caused. What ever, I guess you are nicer than me.
I did let a firefighter off the hook though when he put a gash in my back bumber. It was only in the plastic, so I didn't feel like getting him in trouble with the department when i prob would never even take it into the body shop.
It's kind of scary when a fire truck hits you at slow mileage.

damn you girl, you're too nice.... you dont' even know she does that shit.... becasue she doesn't know how to drive and you're so nice, now you're going to end up paying for it...
in my state, if you dont' have insurance, it's legal trouble... so they can do something.

My car title most likely would have been salvaged and I would have been handed an 1800$ check and still kept my dented car..
...however now I will just have to drive around with an empty pocket and a dent on my car...
My door is hitting the front panel thats over the tire...but I imagine I can just take a spoon and fix that...
I can't make a girl who is working as hard as I am at life pay 1500$...if she gave me money anyway I doubt I would get my car fixed, the money would be far too nice.
At this point I am just glad she called back and I can at least have THAT..
It is shitty but we both learned a lesson in this situation..the dent isn't that bad, just extremely expensive....

It is legal trouble in my state too..but since I didn't call the police when it happend they can't get involved...unless I were to sue her..which I am not going to do.
