    Fishing...or any outdoor activity

I love to fish and just be out on the ocean. Greatest place ever. I used to live in Naples, Florida and that is all we did. Here's some pics. The first is a Tarpon my buddy and I caught at the tip of Caxambas Pass on Marco Island. It weighed aproximatley 70-80lbs. We caught 9 and hooked into aproximately 27 tarpon in 3 days of fishing for just a couple hours after work. Probably some of the best fishing I have ever done. The second is a 520lb(FORMULA derived: multiply the square of the girth in inches by the length in inches and divide by 800) Jewfish caught 2 miles off Gordon Pass.

I went to a different wreck a few weeks later with my buddy and I about 24 miles to the southwest and we hooked up with a Jewfish we could not get up on 100Lb class tackle. We finally unhooked the anchor line caught a spanish mackerel and shackled the anchor line to a hook and hooked up the spanish mack and dropped it down. Instantly this thing swallows it and we cleated it off to the starboard side port cleat and put the boat in gear and pulled it out of his hole, almost tearing the cleat from it's foundation in the process. When we hauled it up we had to get in the water to measure it. It was almost 7 feet long and almost as big around. It had a girth of 5'10". It was definately the biggest Jewfish we had ever seen. We put our masks on and revived it and snorkled around for awhile. The wreck is in 43 feet of water but it has a releif of almost 35 feet, and it is amazing how alive the goddamn ocean is. There were Barracuda in the afternoon that would rise to the surface and they'd be stacked like lumber, you could walk across 'em. Now I'm just rambling, god I love that place, cannot wait until I get back...

i love to fish myself, going on a little fishing/camping/canoeing trip over spring break, should be a good time. I got me a 57 pounder when we went to the virgin islands. It was intense. An alltime great experience really

I loves me some fishing. I'm here around cocoa fl myself. Don't have a boat so I mostly do some wade fishing around the IRL and ML near titusville. Been thinking about getting a cano or kayak for the no motor zone around port canaveral. I've waded out into it a bit, but not got to any of the good spots around there yet.

i love fishing.... nothing better then sitting out there, all peaceful, just watching the water and shit, waiting to feel that tug on your line... man i love it....

biggest thing i ever caught was like a 10lb striped drum, wasn't even in deep water or anything... and the funny shit is THERE WASN'T ANY BAIT ON THE HOOK! just threw the line out, you know to make sure it was casting right and everything... and i was reelin it back in to bait up and start.. and i get this massive hit on my line and i'm like "goddamnit! another fucking snag!" everytime i get snagged i yank the line immediately, hoping the line will losen up before it really sets in on whatever i'ts hooked on... and i start reeling it in, and it's coming in, but i'm feeling alot of resistance.. i'm thinking i hooked a log or something....

lol, it's on this beach type place (it was our secret fishing spot, no boats, no jet skis, no body around, but some dumb fucks started going out there and dumping trash so they closed it up for good ... FUCKERS!) and i'm reeling it in, and then as it gets to the waters edge i notice it's shiny as hell... i'm like... that looks like a ....fish? lol i freaked out.. i caught a massive fish (for the area we fish in, shit you're lucky if you catch a 5 lb catfish there) and i didn't even have any bait on the hook......

I mostly go freshwater fishing but my uncle lives on the coast of north carolina. I've caught some mahi mahi(dolphin), king mackarel, baracudda, flounder, wahoo. There's more but i forget them all.

Mostly largemouth bass, perch, and sunfish/bluegill around here. Lots of salmon and steelhead too.
