You might have an ear infection. The pressure difference might be what you are feeling. Ear, nose, throat,...all together.

I was going to say the same thing. Maybe buy some ear-candles from GNC or a organic store might have them. If that doesnt help buy some ear-drops or go to the doctor, especially if the pain lasts beyond your smoking time.

The pain subsides awhile after the bong rip......it's been happening for a few weeks now.

I do almost feel like it's an infection...

...and no my ear itself isn't red....but ill find myself like trying to itch the inside of it with my finger and it just feels totally irritated and hurts like all in my ear canal to my mouth...
