    Some Difficulties...

This is going to be short and sweet, so bear with me.

I smoke a lot of weed. By my definition A LOT OF WEED is 3-4 grams a day. Regardless, this amount of Cannabis every day has knocked the shit out of my short-term memory. I don't know how you other smokers escape these negative effects, but I for one cannot let it interfere with my college work. No worries though, after 3 days or so my mind begins to return to normal, no more forgetting or chronic laziness....

Don't get me wrong brothers, I love the herb, but it really ain't having the same effect that it used to, and it gives me a cloudy head to boot!

But JUST TO BE FAIR, I guess if I limited it to once a week, my mind would be screaming with the wisdom it bestows.

BUT I JUST LOVE IT TOO DAMN MUCH!

    Any thoughts?

my short term memory is crap too, one of my favourite quotes is "if i study high, take the test high, get high scores" from the "How High" movie, but im sure we all know it doesn't work like that. education is important and has a big impact on your future, my advice would be smoke weed in moderation and pass your course m8

quit for a while and do it once/twice a day
get your tol lower..then dont ever do an 8th a day again and you might see
1-4 hits in a session twice a day can work wonders compared to being with a massive tolerance..

i was doing 1 hit once a day before i quit 4 months ago
i was getting so so so high...it mightve been the stuff i was smoking(?) but i would take one hit and i wouldnt even hold it in..id inhale exhale similar to a cig drag..and i was getting Too high..

    it was werid

point, try to lower your tolerance, your mem will come back if you smoke less, i feel clear as crystal but then again its been four months since i had alc Or weed

Sweetie, it's all in when you toke! I graduated with honors and was toking steadily throughout my time in college. I studied straight the first time through, then reread stoned and taking lots of notes (I get different views on the topic stoned). Math, I did straight, since it is not my best subject. Writing was where I did the best blazed! I would write stoned as possible, then "clean it up" straight (my spelling suffers, but the ideas are great.) My teachers were quite happy with my papers- "insightful, well researched, etc" were common comments. We have a "stoners" table in the cafeteria- I looked SO out of place. I was in my early 50s then and I looked straight and grandmotherly. But I was totally accepted after showing the kids how to clear a 4 foot bong at a party one night. LOL Old hippies rule!- Granny:stoned:

My teachers LOVE my writing(usually stoned when I write it.) :S1: A few of my pieces have been taken by my teachers and submitted into contests.

I'd listen to granny here, she's got the whole idea down pat. Math and things like that aren't too good stoned... but writing papers? Oh hell yea, write then blazed as hell. That's what I do. Gives you different insights and you can really play off of them. Once you're done writing it, save any sources you may need into your favorites. Later, after you've come down, go ahead and write your works cited page, and clean up the paper. All good to go
