I never understood these kids on here who say that people label them as an outcast or call them a 'stoner' or 'pothead' or 'low-life'. LOL...I've never heard of that shit except for on movies. This is an Ottawa school where they say up to 60% of students could be smoking during school...and that's just during school, nevermind after or on the weekends.
