the french inhale is easy just open your mouth and let the smoke flow out dont blow it out

the rings are harder and i only do it if im smoking cigarettes or shisha out of a hookah cause it wastes weed but anyways you just make your mouth in the shape of an O and then click your jaw forward which creates a vortex in the smoke turning it into a ring

p.s. these only work indoors, outdoors is just too damned windy

French inhale, isn't that hard. For a beginner just fill you're cheeks with smoke, like a cigar. Then just open you're mouth and breath in through you're nose.

Smoke rings are easiest when the cheeks are filled not inhalled. So instead of waisting weed. Just grab a cig or two, you don't have to inhale. Just fill you're cheeks with smoke. Then make a tight o shape with you're lips. Keep you're tongue flat on the bottom of you're mouth. Then gently let a couple smoke rings out.
