    Flowering

Ive been growing a plant indoors for about 2 months that i plan to clone and put outside. its been flowering for almost two weeks but still no real signs. I have 4 42 watt cfls that put out like 1800 lumens each. do yall think its not showing any signs of sex because not enough light or is it just a late bloomer. also i have glanced at it in the dark phase for like a minute, but with no lights on in the room. could that effect its flowering?

looks really small for a 2 month old plant what type of nutes are you using if any?
a better pic might help but unless that is a real large pot its growth has been stunted badly for some reason, should be alot further along for a 2 month old plant.

i couldn't figure out why it was growin so slow and the last thing that came to me was it was rootbound. and thats what it was, when i transplanted it to a bigger pot the roots was growin up the side of the pot. i just transplanted it so hopefully after it recovers from the transplant shock it might take off growing again.
