Driving around high with no bud

I understand how it is to be high and paranoid, but really what are they going to do? There is no such thing as a weed breathalyzer, and they arenâ??t going to do urine or blood tests right there on the curb.

That's what I'm saying, there isn't any way for them to prove you're high right? Has anyone ever been arrested/ticketed for just being high?
