Man, imagine drifting around on your motorcycle all across this great country high!!!!!!

I have no problem with actual driving when I'm high it's easy now that I'm used to it, I'm just scared to get pulled over for some stupid shit, when I got busted I was being pulled over for a burnt out tag light!

If they know you're high or smell it they probably aren't gonna let you off the hook..probably depends on the cop. I bet half of the cops don't even know the difference between high or buzzed so they'll probably get you if you're high period.

And if they did enact new weed DUI laws (if weed ever became legal of course) I'd be more then happy to accept and obey them if the good herb was in fact legal =D

Well find better places to hide bud, and make sure you have knowledge on the 4th amendment, which is, police cannot search your vehicle of belongings without probable reason.

That's not quite how it works. The 4th stops searches and seizures without probable cause. However, as most lawmakers and law-upholders in this country fall more to the authoritarian end of the political spectrum and not the libertarian end, your car is considered "free-game" in most States, if not all.

Anything in plain view immediately screws you over. Don't leave things in plain view.

Cops can also pretty much search your car for whatever reason they feel like... they won't always, but especially if you're driving a car that they would think might have drugs (Beat-up car, older car, tinted windows) be ready for searches.

What you CAN do is, put all your stuff into a locked container within your car when driving. I have a compartment under the passenger's seat that locks, I use that. A briefcase would work too, any non-suspicious locked container.

I do know in some States they consider this unallowed to be searched without a warrant, and even if the cop tries, he needs your keys or your combination. At that point, you can remind him you do not consent to any searches, and ask if you are free to go. He either can let you go, or arrest you so you're forced to open it.

Doing this leaves everything open so, after the fact, your lawyer has the best chance of fighting the searches in court.

How the hell would a cop even know that I was high? My eyes don’t really get red anymore, and I don’t really act like a retard while I am high either. I’m sure that if I was 16 and it was my first time driving and my first time being high I might have problems.

I understand how it is to be high and paranoid, but really what are they going to do? There is no such thing as a weed breathalyzer, and they aren’t going to do urine or blood tests right there on the curb.

That's what I'm saying, there isn't any way for them to prove you're high right? Has anyone ever been arrested/ticketed for just being high?
