It looks like some kind of a disease,causing necrosis(death of the plant leaves) ,it could be a fungal problem,or a bacterial problem. I don't think it's good to grow them in those coke bottles either..did you make sure that you washed the bottles with a light chlorine solution before you planted in them ? Is there any clear plastic in the area of where the roots are ? You should make sure that light is not penetrating below the soil line. You should post these pics at overgrow.com and see what they have to say about it..like I advised spiltek,in another post this morning.
