Not a poll option for me, but when I lived at home, my mom knew I think but never said anything. I don't think my dad knew, but he very well could have. As long as I made passing grades, kept my job and a spot on my sport teams, I don't think they could have cared. Besides, I was so busy when I lived at home, there wasn't much time to smoke any save for a friday night after a game or sat night after a wrestling tourny. My parents were also really cool about me moving out. Shacked up with my girlfriend and her friend and they very cool with it. My sister tried to move out not too long about and they flipped out. guess I got lucky.

When I lived at home, my parents didn't care that I smoked. As long as I didn't do it in the house, and didn't let it get out of control, like stealing for my pleasure, or leading onto harder drugs, then they said it was fine.

We came from Holland, so cannabis has always been accepted as an okay thing to do. My parents smoked it, they know what it's about. They know it's safer than alcohol and tobacco, so they didn't mind.

Very very unfortunately, my father and his whole side of the family had troubles with much more than weed...sooo...it was 'evident' that when I was smoking in HS that I would go on to struggle with other addictions as well. My mom would always yell at my about 'my drugs'...but it was always just buda (I have dabbled here and there, but never to any extreme like with trees).

My parents seem to be in some type of stage where they care, and don't care. Either they don't talk about it or seem to agree it benefits me. Or they are weed nazi's and think it ruins my life.

You need another option on your poll....my parents don't know!!!! If they did know they would be mad - I don't live at home anymore now anyway...but when I was living there I was VERY good at hiding it!
