Sitting in a vault somewhere in Washington are plans for attacking almost every other country out there. A Chinese general quoted not long ago "We have plans written for attacking America. But its something that sits in a filing cabinet and you hope you never have to use it." So It wouldn't surprise me if we had plans for a Canadian invasion.
