Important question. Are you a citizen of the Netherlands? Maybe any European country.

I have done a lot of research on gaining citizenship in other coutries and I discovered Europe is very strict. Most that I researched only extend full citizenship to people that will certainly benefit their society. If only America was like that...

I also know that once you gain citizenship in one European country, you are virtually free to move to any country in the area.

Sorry, I can't be of much help with the Cafe info...other than I would LOVE to participate. I have experience running a restaurant/pub/bar, so I'd assume it'd be pretty much the same, just with fewer bouncers. LOL...darn peaceful stoners.
