Wrong wrong wrong!

Teens CAN have strokes. Weed does NOT lower blood pressure. It raises it, and can cause tachycardia, aka faster heartbeat. This alone is NOT enough to cause a stroke.

Strokes, or TIAs, are essentially heart attacks in the brain. When one has plaque in their arteries, either from genetic predisposition or eating waay too much saturated fats, they stick to your arterial walls, like a gummy substance, and can harden over time.

High blood pressure, even for a few hours, can cause these plaques to break off, and lodge in smaller blood vessels and cappillaries in your veins. Storkes are deadlier the older you get, because of the larger particle sizes that accumulate in your veins.

If there was a stroke, it would have to be caused by something that would raise your blood pressure MUCH higher than cannabis alone. The more pressure, the more parts that break loose. Cannabis is like jogging mildly to your heart. Jogging normally would raise one\'s blood pressure far out of reach than cannabis. But speed or PCP will raise it that high.

It was laced.
