This is pretty logical. Most of you claiming bullshit are probably not educated very far in health. Usually it's more common in new smokers, especially if they smoke a ton. Weed can lower your blood pressure after smoking, especially if it's some good shit. This is the light headed feeling you get. But new kids start up and take 3 or 4 blunts to the dome when it's their second time smoking, their blood pressure drops extremely low, and they can faint or have a stroke. It's pretty rare, but it can happen...but again, this has only been found to be true with novice smokers, or people who smoke maybe twice a month. Their body isn't used to such a dramatic change.
