But, I think the same thing that turns many people onto them may be the same thing that turns you off.

Their music is very methodical and trance-like in many ways. I once read that their music is written on a mathematical format where the beats and chords are played in a purposefully calculated, numerical sequence.

All of their arrangements have assigned numerical values that only they (or super-geeks) know what they truly are.

This tight "predictable" format might be boring to someone that prefers a more freestylie, improvised approach with less bounderies.
