I went through this same shit, orange. It wasn't at school (a campsite actually) but I know the feeling. I remember I was SO, SO high when it all happened. Quite possibly the highest I had ever been up to that point. Then, when we were caught, everything just felt terrible. You're high is killed, and you're throw back into reality. I recommend you fight the charges in court. Seriously. It takes a lot of time and energy (I had to drive out to the courthouse several times which happened to be an hour away) but it's all worth it in the end. I eventually got all the charges dropped since I had a clean record. Lemme warn you though, the authorities are going to make you feel like shit. The Ranger at the camp was pretty chill, as was the cop, but the judge and woman I had to talk to about the dropped charges were both unbelievably rude. There's nothing you can do though, man. That's just how America's run. It's bullshit. We all know that.

Ever since my incident I've been much more careful. I'm definitely not as laid back as I once was, but sometimes that's just what happens. You just gotta be careful, and try not to hang out with dumbass people. That was my biggest mistake back then. And hey, don't let this change you as a cannabis smoker. It's your god-given right as a human being to smoke this glorious herb; don't let a run-in with the law skew your beliefs. Marijuana should not be illegal. You know it, I know it, everyone who smokes it, knows it. It's plain and simple.

But now that I'm lookin at it I don't think I have to go to court but I'm not sure. All I've deal with so far is the program that I have to go to. They asked me a lot of stupid questions. I bet that's where they get all of their dumb ass statistics from, ask a bunch of questions and try to make a decision on who that person is, I hate the people that run this country. Oh shit I forgot lol, I was planning on doing a grow op this year. I was just wondering how much of a chance do I have at getting away or being successful with my grow op still? Also do they try to random drug test you after everything is all over just to fuck with you or what? Please only reply if you seriously know what you're talking about and can help me to understand how this all works. I never saw my self as being a person that would get in trouble with the law but now I did and I didn't prepare my self so I need answers.

If you want to know the consequences of a failed drug test, it depends on your probation officer. Most of them give you a chance after a failed drug test, but if they don't, they consider it a violation of probation, which is a charge that will stick in your record. What happens after that is up to the system. Perhaps more time added to probation, or a few days in juvy. It's anyone's guess.

I would not grow as long as you are on probation. Any trouble you get in at this point is magnified. Things you normally won't get in trouble for, they'd consider a violation. Example if get a below average GPA.

Finish probation first, be free with your life, and you can grow all the plants you want.

Btw, about random testing before getting off probation, it is a possibility. It depends on the Probation Officer. I had all mine scheduled so I knew how much I had to smoke to pass my drug tests.

Orange, most likley the case will get dismissed, ive had 3 posession charges dropped, even when i had a 1/8th that was bagged out (intent to sell). If the case dosent get dismissed itll be a fine less than 100. As for the accual court part you probably wont even have to say more than 2 words, your name. The judge dosent have time to waste with some petty dimebag. I was never caught in school though, the rules may be slightly different, i dont think so though.

Sorry to hear about all that Orange..look at it this way, if you have to quit for a while you can focus on a good grow. Take the little bit of time you have that you would have been smoking and start setting up a stealth grow. At least you will have some high grade shit when you do finally toke again (privately...LOL). Hey Im curious..I used to smoke b's all the time, day in, day out. Shit I used to grab a $50 bag everyday when I had my first business and had the money to blow. Eventually I wasnt really getting the buzz off the b's that I was before so I switched to papers and smoked a joint after not having one in about 6 months. I cant begin to tell you how high I was. Felt like my face was glowin..LOL. Do you ever smoke joints or just b's? If not when was the last time you smoked a "J"?.
