why are we humans and why are we here

cave men are crazy. we arent humans at all, were a consciousness in a human body. the human body is so complex though, a bunch of neurons and stuff send signals and neurotransmitters, chemicals and stuff like that makes us think and feel.

A consciousness in a human body? What is consciousness except the senses and the thoughts and feelings triggered by the chemical reactions in our brains? What distinguishes our soul from our bodily and mental perceptions, exactly?
