It looks like an Envirolite ( Envirolites indoor growing envirolite grow lights reflectors )

I use them and I think they are the dogs bollocks.
Less noise
Less Heat
Less hassle.
And best of all they have low energy consumption so they are cheap to run too.
Win win situation IMO.
