I did exactly that. I replanted them deeper and the 1000w is on. 1 ? thought, how long should i keep the 1000w on? The lights pretty high off them and mylar is surrounding the walls on their space. Is 18 hrs too much?
I'd ditch the 1000 if it's a HPS for now.

Get yourself a few cool white cfls and get them right down to the plants until you see some SIGNIFICANT growth.

Blue light for veg... Red light for flower... dig?

During the beginnign of January, i germinated 6 seeds, all with success, in a moist washcloth in a dark warm closet. After they sprouted i placed the hatchlings in a larger pot with potting soil and kept the soil moist. All six grew up approximatley 4 inches with the first set of leaves. Then within a week of that height one by one they all droped over and are laying flat. They've remained that way up until this date Feb.1, about 2 weeks since they Rating: 5
