Psychological addiction
I agree... It's more of a desire to smoke rather than addiction. I recently went 30 days clean after smoking every day for about 6 months. No mental cravings. Just a passing thought "A bowl would be a nice addition to my day right now" much like wanting a PBJ, or ham sandwich. It was by far the easiest thing I've done in my life. And who can blame me? It's fun! I like doing fun things! Fun is fun! Makes you feel good! Like hugs, butterflies, rainbows, and lemon zested chicken, they all make you feel good. And is that truly an addiction?
Not to me!
