    Hard or soft bong water?

i would imagine distilled water, because the purer the H20, the more it would be able to absorb the smoke componets. ive used it, but didn't notice a difference
D1me Reviewed by D1me on . Hard or soft bong water? I acknowledge that this is a small issue so don't jump all over me for focusing on such a slight detail. My question is in regards to whether you fill your bong with hard or softened water. We have both, you are supposed to drink the hard water, but I fill my bong with the softened water. I haven't noticed any difference though. Would this change anything at all or could this just be a pointless thread discussing various types of water? ;) Rating: 5

    Hard or soft bong water?

personly i like my bong water hard , frozen in fact lol
i slap my homemade glass bong in the freezer untill the top layer is completly frozen then i heat up a screwdriver on the cooker and melt a little tidy hole for the tube to go in ,when toking on the bong the smoke travels thru the icey water and gets trapped under the top layer off ice cooling it down as the smoke builds up under the ice it will then escape thru the seems of the hole in the ice
its real smooth and cool on the throat an all round nice toke lol
    cheers all

    Hard or soft bong water?

good question.. i prefer ice chips in the water. I like it to be just above freezing. (With high quality h20...thx Adam Sandler) Why not take it a step further...hemp flavored water or your favorite extract. We should demand more from our smoking, scotch drinkers get water to make ice from the distillery that made the hooch. so it wont effect the taste.
