i've never had an issue with a female not reaching orgasm its usually pretty easy to tell by the uncontrollable (attempted to be held in) moans accompanied by secretion of this stinky white fluid that looks like old milk on black sheets and shorts(and always check dont go to school wearing the same shorts) sometimes u can feel it forcefully come out but usually it just drains slowly
