I have been through similar circumstances and there is no easy way to over come something like this. It's a very lonely situation to be in unfortunately. I found myself on my own a lot, not eating much, and in general being quite messy and careless. I suggest you spend some more time with family, yeah that's right chat to Ma and Pa for once, or even a brother or a sister (if mature). Love is a wonderful but cruel concept, it's great when it works but when it goes wrong it is without a doubt the most painful thing in the world.

Another pointer, never assume that she doesn't care just because she wasn't in touch with you (the text). Remember what you two have been through this is hard for her too I'm sure. One thing seems quite possible though, she is moving on. You should try to do it too. I'm not saying banish her to the back of your mind forever or even forgetting about her altogether, but start dating other people it would be fun I suggest not getting into anything serious yet though.
