if the electricity was cut (i.e darkness) for about an hour during the 3rd week of flowering, will it be a problem?

I assume you are talking about darkness during your light period. One hour. Should not be a problem.

no problem man, more dark is better than more light so she dont revert to veg but that would take a good 7 days to revert.

Oh, and one more thing. If this is a planned outage, I would open the cab up and let ambient light in as much as possible so as to not confuse the plants. Overcast skies happen, so you'll be str8. If it is just something that happened and you're wondering if it will cause an ill effect, then just ignore this post and refer to my other post.

Well, in that case, try to get them into some place where they will have some light. It probably won't be a big deal if you can't, but if you can keep them in some kind of light, then they won't feel like night came early, they'll just think the sun went behind the clouds.
