What do you do with your leaf?

Okay so hear is the deal. Recently as of late I have been disgarding my leaf that I get with my sacks. I dont know if anyone else does this but I personally do not like leaf. I think its really harsh and I don't like the taste of it at all. It's basically in the same pile as seeds/stems in my book. My friends all think I'm crazy for ditching them, but I have my reasons. I'm kinda just looking for some feedback and or opinions on this topic. Does anyone here toss their leaf or do you smoke it? I know someone is going to say that there is THC in the leaf.. but I cough a lot, and it kills my throat. So yeah.

...i didnt know people actualy bought leaves in sacks....thats a rip. but i guess id just save all those leaves until u had a large amount and try to make some hash out of it...smokin it prolly doesnt really do much at all...but yeah...leaves in a sack???

I'm not buying a complete bag of leaf. It's usually whatever I see hanging of the nugget from the eigth or whatever I get. Its never much, less than half a gram at most.

smoking the leaves will be harsh but they will also get you high(unless its a fan leaf). when a grower manicures they bud they usually cut all the small little leaves off and use it to make hash...but if its commercial bud i dont think the grower is going to spend all his time trimming up the bed the best he can because it can be very time consuming. So the little leaves left in the back have THC but they also have chlorophyl and nitrogen which gives it a harsh taste.

If you're talking about the fan leaves, then find a new dealer. Fan leaves are not made for straight smoking.

But you did mention it;'s just the little leaves from the buds.

Look closely at the leaves you pick off. They should be covered in little trichs (the crystals), so do not throw them away as they are good still.

If you don't like smoking them, that's fine, but don't toss it away.

You can make some hash from them by shaking the kif from them.

Or you could make some food with them. Simple food is firecrackers, or if you want to a step further, make cannabutter.

Or you could do an oil run and make oil.

Any of these 3 suggestions have been posted in the past with detailed instructions on how to make either of them. If your curious, just do a quick search on this site to find the info.

Paying money for leaves? In my book thats a rip off. I dont even have to deal with trim leaves when i buy, but when i grow i'll normally keep the keif covered leaves and make extremly good hash. But buying leaves? No bloody way.

Yea, I generally don't worry about it, but I'd save them for cooking purposes. You can save them over an extended period of time until you have a lot and make firecrackers one day. do you mean the little tiny leaves clustered around the bud material? if you're throwing that out its a shameful waste of perfectly good pot. Just tear them into teeny bits and pack them in with the bud, or send them to me.
