kids don't need any excuse to bully and it's amazing what they'll consider normal or abnormal.
considering the number of truly lousy hetero parents i've come across, i can't imagine that a couple's sexual orientation would make them any better or worse. just the fact that the child had two loving parents would be a big plus, in my humble opinion.

I caused a brouhaha today I sometimes visit a web forum for adoption, and today I read a post by a woman who saw an Oprah show about adoption, and she thought it was so great, until it was "marred by the dark intrusion" of a story about a gay couple who were foster parents. Well, there's nothing that gets my knickers in a knot like prejudice , and by the way, the board is predominantly hard-core Christians (!) so I found it particularly repugnant coming from someone who claims to "love baby Jesus." So I sent my own Rating: 5
