well honestly as long as ur quick about it and do have HOT water (not like boiling but u get the point) ur tounge SHOULD be fine just have like 2 glases and dont just react like i did. Dam my quick reflexes. then again im doing stupid stuff all the time (obviously)

Can my tounge really get stuck to an ice cube tray? well dont ever ask that ? again. cuz i stuck my tounge to it and it stuck. luckly i didnt stick much to it.
