If I get blazed my body, my whole body will twitch from time to time, but only if I am setting still or something.

Whenever I get high and I try to sit cross-legged, my hip muscles always feel like they're twitching (I'm almost certain they actually are) and I tend to lose my balance constantly... Sort of annoying. I've noticed that this happens when I'm lying down too, although it's pretty hard to lose your balance while lying down, so it's not as annoying.

However, my muscles (especially my shoulder muscles) sometimes randomly twitch during sober everyday life, although this condition is certainly exacerbated when I'm high. I've heard that random muscle twitches like this are a result of a mild form of Tourette's syndrome... Anyone know anything about that?

Most times its your body muscles actually relaxing to a very relaxed state. It has that effect on me too as I have GI problems and when I smoke I can actually feel my insides calm and relax.

It happens to me too. If I could figure out a way to make it stop, I would. It makes me feel like a doofus, and if I'm trying to go to sleep, it keeps me awake. One time I was talking to my oldest stepson, and I twitched, and a year later he's still making fun of me for it.
