questions regarding lighting schedule
well how long you let them veg for usually depends on how big you want them, and sometimes on what strain your growing(avoid mexican bag seed lol),i'd have to agree with doja dave,12" is a great size to flower at.i myself usually flower my ladies at that height.you see once the plants go into flowering they generally grow another foot to a foot and a half total until they're ripe and ready.also about that 24 hr VS 18/6 schedule,i've noticed about 20-30% increase in growth rate, and only a small noticeable difference in potency.so if your pressed for time and want em to grow a lil faster, use the 24 hr cycle.if not then 18/6 tends to be better as it's more natural and the girls seem to prefer it.about your question on what kinda mistakes we made as newbies, all i can tell ya is i made plenty of em at first, like everyone else.i suggest you get yourself an EC (electrical conductivity)Pen or a TDS(total dissolved solids) pen.they only cost about 50-60$ and save alot on headaches and hassles with leaf/root burn.post your questions on here and i'll be glad to help out

Also any experts who made mistakes as newbies if they could pass that on I would be entirely grateful. thanks. 420 yall Rating: 5
