I usually keep the tip of the flame a few centimeters from the actual bulb. It'll take a little longer but it'll get the job done without scorching the bud. I recommend using a candle so you don't waste your lighter fluid.

Give it a minute or so and you'll start seeing thin trails of fine gray smoke. That's the THC burning. This is your signal to inhale. :jointsmile:

i find it har to get the black part off the bulb. what r your methods?

i just made one, but my friend just put the bulb on top of the bottle, without doing anything to the bottle, taped it, cut a carb in the bottom of the bottle, cut a hole for the tube, and cut another hole to drop weed in, taped over it to close it, then lit the lightbulb, but nothing happened. no smoke from the weed at all, and the bulb ended up shattering. any tips on why it didnt work?

you dont need to wet the bulb down, instead you can just use salt to clean and then ready to smoke.

Homemade vaps are alright, but they tend to break after couple uses, mine lasted me around 10-12 uses before the bulb broke, and then i made another and it broke in about the same time, so then I decided to wait until I save enough money to buy a real vaporizer.
