oops i forgot something, dude talkin about 4th platuea reminded me.....if you MUST do dex....start with small amounts first....and never try to push yourself.....cuz dex, unlike weed, the more you push it...the higher you get...read up onit......put in google for the 3rd platuea website....and never i mean never! ever! try to push it to the fourth plateau....cuz that's where it gets to a very high death rate....if you do research...and have a trip sitter you should be fine....i've taken quite a bit at one time....it doesn't really appeal to me tho..
