Private Jails/Prisons
Big money in this business... If you had the credit to take out a HUGE loan, and the private prison/jail market was good (crime is always happening), would you consider starting up a private prison? I Think I would. You get payed per prisoner per day from the government.

Maybe I might own one if I was super rich, but I don't think people wanting me running any jails. I'm not so humane like that, but I still couldn't run one on a daily basis. Just doesn't sound very fun.
