New to Growing - Is this a female plant???

Whats up Im new to the forum :rastasmoke:

I'm also new to growing and was wondering if anyone can tell me if this plant is a female?

I have under 15 watt bulb and not sure if I need more light?

Its been under the light for about 6 months and no buds. I wasnt sure if its because its a male plant or I'm doing something wrong . Any advice would be cool, thanks!

Looks like a stress stretched female plant to me. I think I see two or three pistils.

    Hey Orange, thanks :rastasmoke:

Should I get more light or will it produce buds with the 15 watts?

ah man ok theres alot to be done. your plant streaches towards the light because it needs more light and those clear bulbs are bad bad. you should get compact flourescants there cheap and good. there come in basicly two shapes twister and curled tubes i use the tubes on the sides and twisters on the top of my plants you should get 20W-27W range those put out about 120 watts of power and +1300 lumens its good. if you can get the ones that dont put out white light but orange-amberish light there good. and try to get atleast 3 of em per plant. and keep them always about 2-3 inches from the plant. other then that ur plant looks fine remember to water evry 3 days or so and use some nutrients it doesnt realllllly matter which just get any cheap nutes and put 3 teaspoons of it per half liter water and do that about every 1.5 weeks... long story ive wrote.. good luck
