Denmark Street, London
Most famous musical street in the world. Used to be home to the studios that recorded bands like the rollin stones.
Loads of guitar shops and other muscial shops.
Well anyway, i went there today with a mate to have a look, and i ended up getting a 2 cabinate Marshall Bass stack with a head for under £2000
The 2 X 4 12" speaker Cabinates were £800 in cash, i got 200 knocked off.
And the 700 watt head was £990
And tonight, around 7ish, or maybe 7:30, cant remember, there was a program on ITV London called "Disappearing London" and it had this street in it, and they were talking about all te old bands who used to perform there, and they talked about the studios that are there now, well, studio, theres only 1 left.
Anyway, it was just a funny coincidence.
And really i didnt need another amp, im not even in a band anymore and im getting a collection. I've got about 5 or 6 now, all stacks apart from 1 combo, and even the combo is a 2 X 15" speaker. Looks more like another cab.LIP Reviewed by LIP on . Denmark Street, London Most famous musical street in the world. Used to be home to the studios that recorded bands like the rollin stones.
