How I think drugs could be legal

If drugs where made legal here is how I think it could be somewhat balanced out.

-DUI's of course still given out if someone is pulled over while on a drug.
-Find a way to test someone immediately for how much of a drug they've consumed and if a cop sees someone who looks a little unhealthy they can give them a ticket (no fee or charge) that requires them to report somewhere a few times for the next week or so to test how much of the drug they are taking and if they are abusing it they could be fined or worse put into a program similiar to rehab. If they do not show up for the tests they are fined or a warrant put out for their arrest to test them.
-Depending on how many more people do drugs since they will now be legal and some drugs are easy to disguise cops could make drug testing a normal routine during traffic stops just like checking for the person wearing a seatbelt or something.
-If someone is found with a safe amount of a drug they are OK, if they have a large amount they can be given a simple fine or if it is a huge amount it could be confiscated for suspicious behavior or something.
-A way to cut down on the black market side of things is to make it where the drugs have to be in the sealed container they were purchased in at the drug store and can't have any open containers in the car or they are fined and checked for usage. Any drugs found in public in a normal ziplock bag or something can be confiscated and the person fined. Who wants to buy them illegally and be paranoid when you can have them perfectly legally?
-Basically just treat it like alcohol and make people keep the shit at the pub or home.

There would be tons of laws if marijuana is ever legalised, and thousands more for each additional drug.

It would cause a huge market/ economic shift so there would have to be laws regulating weed use. IMO, there would have to be a very strict punishment for someone who buys weed from anywhere besides legal sellers. This way, marijuana sales can be tracked and markets would be more steady.

I think we should be allowed to have enough for personal use like 4 oz. or 2 plants and if you don't grow its bought like tobacco. The Scwagg in the pre-rolled joints and at special shops you can buy finer quality stuff.

ya i think strict punishment from black market purchasing would be nice. a FAT ticket or something..
buying the weed in pill containers or having it in something sealed is a good idea too.. showing that the container was purchased from a legitimate legal seller.
i think personal use should be just one plant.. no matter how big it gets just one plant.. or is that to much? im thinking on how society would grant it, being legal...

If and when weed is legal, I hope it is done the right way and all the different kinds of potent strains will be available. If you goto the store and all they have is high mids and you could buy some white widow from your friend, well who are you going to buy from? lol

that whitewidow, duh, but at the same time the laws should be harsh so i would be a little sketch about it. if its going to be legalized and produced, it should be done properly with the right strains

No thanks. Why do we want more laws that govern what we can and cannot do? People should be able to grow it and sell it like a vegetable.
