i will give you an easy way on how to easly obtain lighters for about a dollar 50....

1. TURN 18
2. dig threw room, find jar of change.... just find some sort of monney
3. count out around 2 dollars....
4. go to school
*wait until after school*
5. go to gas station, food store, corner store, head shop... anyplace that sells lighters...
6.grab lighter you like...
7. go up to the clerk
8. wait while he rings it up...
9. continue waiting...(hes most likely stoned... so hes going to take awhile)
10. after waiting for him to ring it up, ask him to smoke a bowl with you...
11. give him monney...
12. walk out of store...
13. find a ride to were you need to go

come one we do it on a daily bassis... i even do it... and while im at the counter, i get a pack of smokes and zig-zags... and im only 17...(mostly because one of the clerks is my ex girlfriends mom... and i like the only guy her mom ever approved of her dating...on a side note... i think the clerk wants me~my exs GFs mom~ i would do her... but anyways) yea... its not hard to obtain a lighter
