How do you guys smoke?

smoke the weed, just draw the blunt, and make sure everyone gets equal draws, no set amount of draws, just a proper mellow session.........I hate when people start complaining about draws on a blunt or spliff, like there's no more weed to burn or somethng.............

We follow normal etiquette unless we agree on rule changes beforehand... we have a very democratic process about this <<

Normally, we agree on 1 hit per pass for a bowl/bong, 2 for a joint, and 3 or 4 for a blunt (Especially 4 if it's only 2 or 3 people smoking).

Normally the one who rolls/packs it gets first hit, followed by all the others who paid for weed that night... after that, if we're at someone's place they get the hits after that, and after that if anyone else did/bought anything (Drinks/Munchies/bring some entertainment or do us a favor) they get preference in the rotation. Then everyone else.

I do hate, a lot of people cheat and say 'I didn't get a hit' and take 3 to 4 hits instead of 2... but that's rare.

one thing i absolutely CANNOT STAND is if someone decides it's cool to call "seconds!" on the j im rolling, if that happens i automatically turn to someone else haha

I can't either. It makes you seem like a fiend. Everyone knows what they are doing, puff, puff, puff, pass or if it's a bowl or bong 1 hit and pass it. One guy in my brother's band is still kinda a newbie, and takes 2 puffs off the bowl. GRRRR...

yeah, i see what you mean about sparking your own shit regardless of who rolls it. and ive never heard of bogarting...i guess im used to calling it babysitting

Around here, Bogarting and Babysitting have 2 slightly little differences.

When some Bogarts a joint, that means they are taking multiple hits, burning down the joint or bowl, taking more than their share. Also known as a Scavenger.

Babysitting the joint however, is when someone takes a hit, then talks for 5 minutes while they let it just burn away. The ones who just hold it, and talk and talk and talk.

That's another thing, if you're going to do babysit the joint, I will say something right away. Smoke, then talk. Not get the joint, then talk for 5 minutes, then take a hit.

i have a question about smoking out of a bowl
how do i know when all my weed is smoked up cause i have this tiny bowl and when i was smoking it looked lik it was all ash any suggestions on how to tell if it is all smoked up???

Around here it's always passed left. One or two hits is the general etiquette. I always corner the bowl and it pissed me off when people just blaze the whole thing. Who evers weed it is always sparks it.

A few people i smoke with fairley regularly don't have very good etiquette cause there still kind of noobs. It really annoys me when they take like 3 or 4 hits all the time and hardly ever corner the bowl.

One time i gave one of them the pipe i had just packed to hold while i got out my lighter and they sparked it.

I was just wondering, how many of you follow smoking etiquette...(puff puff pass, passing to the left, whoever rolls it sparks it, and so on). i find that a lot of people disregard this rule, epsecially puff puff pass. I always see people puff puff puff, one more little puff, one last big puff pass. I hate when motherfuckers babysit a blunt...anyway, just wondering what you all think about this/do when you smoke

I don't know if we specifically follow rules...or if thats just HOW IT IS....

USUALLY whoever loads the bowl passes it to someone next to them..and they are supposed to pass it to the person who just loaded if after they hit it..

...or sometimes the person that loads it just takes green if they want...no one really cares...

Usually theres enough people and weed that we just keep loading the bong and loading the bong and we don't worry...we just pass it around.

...usually it's passed around to the point to where we are so stoned we don't even know the rotation.

I like to have a nice relaxed environment where people can just sit and chill whille passing a blunt or whatever we're smoking. I've smoked with some annoying kids that would complain about everything like "DUDE I'M DUECE I DON'T WANNA BE THIRD" and argue about stupid shit like that, or when people can't have one normal rotation so they skip people and go backwards and stuff because people want to be second or third so much. Usually in these circles I end up just getting my hit then leaving. Gets annoying.

haha me and my friends argue about the rotation sooo much. like we'll clip a joint and put it in a bowl, and whoever was abotu to hit it gets it, then everyone else calls their spot in the rotation and the whole thign changes. crazy shit

but rollers rights. if you roll it, you spark. if were smoking a bowl/bong or something, whoevers bud it is gets to spark. if everyone threw down on the sack, then whoevers bowl it is sparks.
