yes its where you grow on land thats not yours. NEVER grow on land owned by someone else. They can get their property and evrything taken and seized.
Grow on public lands only!

That is simply not true, it is not the owner of land that gets punished for pot being grown on it, but the grower. The owner of the land is inocent until proven guilty, and guilt is proven one way and one way only, the cops catch somebody tending it or harvesting it.
