i get this sometimes and its a pretty gay feeling, just smoke somewhere where you feel comfrtable where you know theres no way you can get caught, maybe with some friends even better, and also just have everything ready for example food or air spray for the smell near you so you wont have to do much afer you smoke. I got paranoid once and tried to go to my kitchen and i saw my dog and just freaked out its a pretty bad experience getting a paranoid high, gl !
