Scared while smoking

u probably didn't smoke too much, it was probably ur brain allowing the high to win. A high is sort of a test. U gotta remember that ur in control and that what u think u feel or see is probably just a figment of ur imagination. I once got really concerned cause it felt like I was crapping myself but it wasn't so. So u just gotta take control and know whos boss.

Maybe u just naturally get affected by weed easier than others. I can get high off little pieces of shake I find on the floor, and about 3 hits of mid grade would probably get me pretty high. U may get high as easily as I do, which is a treat. I nvever have problems with smoking by myself and smoking too much, but don't hang with some hardcore smokers and over do it. I've smoked so much I couldn't keep my eyes straight and sat in the same position for 2 hours. Well I'm rambling, so good luck with the beach.

i get this sometimes and its a pretty gay feeling, just smoke somewhere where you feel comfrtable where you know theres no way you can get caught, maybe with some friends even better, and also just have everything ready for example food or air spray for the smell near you so you wont have to do much afer you smoke. I got paranoid once and tried to go to my kitchen and i saw my dog and just freaked out its a pretty bad experience getting a paranoid high, gl !

lol, I get that too sometimes. Like I can't get enough food in me, then when I eat I think I am suffocating on it. Have to really concentrate and remind myself I am high too.

- i'll be laying down in bed with my eyes shut and i feel like im sinking through the bed and that i dont really exist and i get really scared and i start to shake.

- i'll be crossing a busy road at a light and i will get like halfway across and get so scared that i might get hit by a car that i stop in the middle of the road and i just cant move and start shaking.

- i'll be just sitting down and i'll start to think that maby i am really dead and just imagining all of it. and im really not real. i get so scared thinking that i really dont exist so i just sit there shaking in the middle of class.

no need for help. ahh my friend had a bad trip on weed yesterday:

so it had been 2 months since he smoked and I we smoked about half a gram of some good shit out of my bong . Well we were feeling it great. we go upstairs and he shouldn't have smoked cause his parents are looking at him with a questioning eye and if he gets caught he's a dead motherfucker. so he isn't sure hwen he has to go home. so he says he's on the couch and it's like a nightmare sequence and its all black, and he hears voices. But I brought him back on course a little when I told him he still had 5 hours to clear uup. Nothing wrong with a bad trip or a paranoia attack. It is all based on ur emotions at the moment. do u need to seak help because u are in a bad mood? bad mood=bad trip; bad mood=no need to seek help; so bad trip(paranoia)=no need to seek help. there u go, just gotta solve everything like a math problem.

ive got so scared and paranoid while walking down the road, that every time i saw a person on the street id run away and hide behind a car or a bush or something.. thank fuck i wasnt on my own lol

paranoia stories: I had a very funny at the time and after paranoia incident. I was at a festival in chicago and saw a women. for the reason of being high I thought it was my mom in a black wig dating another guy. I was just sittnig in a drum circle thingy and am staring at this women thinking she's my mom in her double life. but eventually I'm like, man ur fucked up. But paranoia is a very fun part of the high, even if u think ur gonna die its a thrill.
